What are the conditions for receiving a refund?
Note that you must cancel the connection within 30 days to be eligible for a full refund from the company. If you cancel after 30 days of service, you will be charged Rs 500 and get a refund of only Rs 1000. In addition, the refund given to the user will be subject to a Customer Device Return (CPE).
Tata play Fiber plans
Apart from connection, Tata Play Fiber also offers users a free landline connection during the trial period. If you want to continue using Tata Play Fiber, you deserve great deals. If you choose the 100Mbps plan for a minimum of 3 months, you will get a full refund of Rs.1500. However, if you opt for the 50Mbps plan for 3 months, you will only get a Rs 500 refund and Rs 1000 remaining in the wallet for the deposit. If a monthly plan is available, after three months of active service you will be refunded Rs 1000 while the remaining Rs 500 is left on the deposit.
